And while others see “austerity” as the problem for Greece’s woes after the bailout, Beyond Debt blames instead an indecisive government that could not see reform through to the end.

About the Author
Nikos Tsafos has lived and worked in Greece and the United States, and his career spans the private, public and non-profit sectors. As author of one of the few bilingual blogs on the Greek crisis (Greek Default Watch), he has written extensively on the roots and trajectory of the crisis since it started. Trained as an economist and political scientist, Tsafos holds a BA from Boston University and an MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

A simple yet great analysis on the greek economic crisis

I started reading Nikos' blog [...] which features great articles on the greek crisis. It's a good idea to visit the blog just to get an idea of his writing style.
This book is an excellent analysis on the situation in Greece an it's very easy to read. Nikos loves collecting data and putting it all together in a revealing way.
